Assignment Example
An outline helps keep your writing clear and organized. Also, it helps you keep the big picture of your assignment in mind.
Today, you will submit an outline that has three different sections:
the claim
the first reason
the second reason
You will complete the rest of the outline over the remainder of the unit.

Write down your revised claim (should be in response to our unit question "Are We Better Together")
Can start with "We are/are not better together because..."
Write one of your reasons to support your claim
Write out another one of your reasons to support your claim

You will work on completing the remainder of the outline as you locate evidence from course materials and outside research.
You can choose to complete the outline in your ELA Notebook or in the Microsoft Word document in your edio lesson
