• Formatting Painter- is a tool that allows you to quickly copy

formatting (like font style, size, color, or paragraph formatting) from
one part of your document to another.

• holds commands for formatting paragraphs such

as adding bulleted or numbered lists, alignment,
paragraph indent and spacing, paragraph
background color and borders and visibility of
non-printing characters

−Styles

• contains styles which can be applied to text

• holds commands to find, replace and select text
