Why Allah telling the unbeliver that "To enjoy their live , eat and drink as much as they want ?

Did We not create you, O human beings, of the utmost contempt, emerging from between the backbones and bones?

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ .......... لَا ...........
