• Toddlers are always on the go.

• Always wanting and needing attention.

• Many new skills are developed at this stage.

• Are becoming more and more independent.

• Can become frustrated when they are unable to get their own way.

Child is playing happily on the computer and his turn is up. As adult asks child to come away from the computer and guides him away from the area. Adult asks child to find something else to play with, but child is frustrated and begins to shout and lay on the floor in anger.
