​He is the one to whom a law is revealed, but he is not commanded to convey it to the people. He is inspired to do such and such, to do such and such, to pray such and such, to fast such and such, but he is not commanded to convey the message. Like : (Adam - Adrees - Dawood ... ETC)

​The one who orders people, advises them, and conveys God’s message and revelation . lIKE : (nOUH - HOUD - SALEH ... etc)
