What is self-control?

We all make tiny decisions all day. Some of those decisions show great self-control, and others don’t. You may not realize it at the moment, but the ability to choose to do what’s best even when you don’t want to will impact you later. So what does self-control look like in given situations? How do you know what’s best? This week, we will talk about everyday scenarios where we make choices, and how those decisions play out for us later.
