While children with diagnosed gross and fine motor delays will receive extra help from occupational therapists and physical therapists in school and outside of school, the good news is that there are many things that parents can do to help their children strengthen their skills at home as well. These strategies do not have to be formal or planned to make a huge difference in your child's development.
