One crisp, fall day my brothers and sisters and I were playing the leaves. There was so much laughter from my siblings. The dogs were barking in the distance from all of our noise.

media

Time to start writing
your narrative!

We decided to pile the leaves up and run, jump, and slide in them like we were baseball players. It was so much fun until all of a sudden it was my turn to slide. I slide only to come out with a cold, disgusting, slimy object in my dry hair. Oh no, it was a slug! I ran up to my house screaming and crying.

When I got to my house my mom asked what I was screaming about. I yelled, "I have something gross and slimy in my hair!"
She looked and started laughing. She said, "it is just a little slug." I begged her to get it out. She washed my hair and I was relieved. I hesitated playing in the leaves after that day.
