The future with "will" and "be going to"
Grammar
"Will" and "Be going to" are both used to talk about the future, but there are slight differences in their usage:
"Be going to":
Used when there is a prior plan or intention before speaking.
Example: I’m going to visit my grandma this weekend.
Used to predict something based on clear evidence.
Example: Look at those clouds! It’s going to rain.
Will":
Used when making a decision at the moment of speaking, with no prior plan.
Example: I’ll help you with that.
Used to predict the future without clear evidence.
Example: It will rain tomorrow.

Affirmative: S + am/is/are + going to + Verb (infinitive)
Example: They are going to travel next month.Negative: S + am/is/are not + going to + Verb (infinitive)
Example: He isn’t going to watch TV tonight.Question: Am/Is/Are + S + going to + Verb (infinitive)?
Example: Are you going to meet her tomorrow?
"Will":
Affirmative: S + will + Verb (infinitive)
Example: She will call you later.
Negative: S + will not (won't) + Verb (infinitive)
