What's the difference?

Let's talk about wha​t the difference between an Extended Constructed Response(ECR) and a Short Constructed Response(SCR) is.

Writing Extended Constructed ResponseS

We will effectively learn the writing process--planning, developing, revising and editing drafts--to compose text that are meaningful.

I can compose informational texts, including multi-paragraph essays that convey information about a topic, using a clear controlling idea or thesis statement and genre characteristics and craft

  • Did you answer the question correctly and fully?

  • Did you give the correct evidence?

  • Did you write and spell everything correctly? (Edit and Revise)
