Vocabulary:
Observational Study: which collects data about some characteristic(s) of the population by observation, by a survey or interview, or by other means.
Experimental Study: participants are separated into one or more groups and receive some sort of treatment.

What is a Survey?
A Survey is a questionnaire in which each participant fills out their own responses.
A survey is often used to find out general information or to attempt to determine public opinion on a topic.
Example: Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
