Note:
〜ています (...teimasu)
form is the progressive tense of a verb which shows that something is currently happening or ongoing. It's similar to the suffix "~ing" in English, e.g., "studying," "eating," and "sleeping."

もう (mou) : already; anymore
じかん (jikan) : time
まだ (mada) : not yet

When Do We Use 〜ています form?

The ~ています (...teimasu) form has two main meanings: :

1). Ongoing actions: Something happening right now.
2). Repeated habits: Something you do regularly or often.

Ongoing actions: Something happening right now.

Repeated habits: Something you do regularly or often.

​The word mou sugu in the expressionMou sugu desu. (もうすぐです。)” you learned earlier in the lesson is used to describe something that will happen soon. 


For example:
あさごはんがもうすぐできます
Asagohan ga mou sugu dekimasu. 
“Breakfast will be ready soon.”

​Note:
Ending particle yo: used to convey new information, add emphasis to a statement, or alert the listener to something they might not know, essentially acting like a way to say "you know" or "listen up" when translating to English
