What does it mean to round?
It is simple!
The number you are round you just see if it is equal or greater than 5 you round up, but if it less than 5 stay the same.
Fairly simple right? Now lets try!

The number to the right tells the underlined number what to do (0-4 stays the same, 5-9 go up one) (Highlight the number to the right)

3 is less than 5 therefore the place value to the left stays the same.
