Important Vocabulary
Numerator - Top number
Denominator - Bottom number
Dividend - A number being divided
Divisor - The number you are dividing by.
Quotient - The answer to a division problem.

Steps to Dividing Polynomials
Step 1: Identify if any of the expressions can be factored.
Step 2: Use the appropriate factoring technique.
Step 3: Cross off common factors (pairs of 2)
Step 4: Remaining factors will be answer.
