If one group makes up 13% of the population but make up much more than 13% of suspended students, this indicates racism, so we must apply different standards to that group compared to other groups to reduce the gap (reduce racism)

Looking at all 2000 school districts in the USA, the number one place for academic performance among Black students is in Frisco, Texas.

Here, Black students perform better than the average student in America (almost a year ahead of the average American student) and are behind White students there by only 1.5 grade levels in terms of knowledge.

Here, Black students are 4.6 years behind the White students in terms of knowledge. In other words, a grade 6 Black student has the same knowledge level as the average US grade 4 student and the average White student is almost equivalent to the average US grade 9 student.
