Recap: What is the subjunctive?
The subjunctive is considered a 'mood' in Spanish and it conveys the uncertainty of the speaker about the things they're saying.
Ex: Es posible que tengas razón.
It is used to talk about future events that may or may not happen.
Ex: Quiero que me leas un libro.

There must be two (2) verbs in the sentence. The first verb must be the present tense, and the other verb must be the subjunctive.
Ex: No creo que compren esa casa.
A relative pronoun que (which, that) or quien (who, that) which introduces the subjunctive clause.
Ex: Dudo que él sea quien lo haya hecho.
The verb in the main clause must be one of the WEIRDO verbs.

Irregular verbs in the subjunctive follow a spelling or stem change.

Formula:
verbs of hope + que + different subject + subjunctive
Ex: Ella quiere que su hijo se comporte bien.
Use the infinitive and eliminate que if there is no change of subject.
Ex: El niño quiere comportarse bien.
Verbs of Hope: desear, esperar, querer, ojalá

Ojalá can be used with or without que. However it is always used with the subjunctive.
Ex: Ojalá (que) no llueva mañana. OR Ojalá no llueva mañana.
Ex: Ojalá no lleguemos trade.
Ex: Ojalá salgamos temprano.
