What is Statistics?

Statistics or "Stats" for short

Statistics is the science concerned with developing and studying methods for collecting, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data

We collect data by asking a statistical question!

So what is a stastical question...?

A few things must happen:

• A good "stats" question will allow multiple people to answer the question.

• A good "stats" question will allow for a variety of answers.

• It is all about how you word it!
