Clouds are created when water vapor, or gas, turns into liquid water droplets. The water droplets form on tiny particles and float in the air

​Cirrus clouds

​Big puffy white clouds! The word cumulus means "pile". This cloud forms when warm air rises carrying water vapor. Can be white of gray!

​Cumulus Clouds

Clouds that look like a huge thick blanket covering the sky! These clouds are a sure sign of precipitation. When they are near the ground it is called fog.

Stratus clouds

​A cloud that already has precipitation falling from it!

These clouds are very dark!
