Find the IQR by finding the median of your dataset. This is your Q2. Now find the median of the two datasets split exactly apart by this median. Those are your Q1 and Q3, left-to-right respectively. Q3-Q2 is the IQR. Multiply the IQR by 1.5. Subtract it from Q1 or add it to Q3. Anything more/equal to than that value is an outlier and should be disregarded.
