To write in 1st person use: I, me, we and us.
I made a new potion today and when we drank it, it turned us into animals!

To write in 3rd person use: He, him, his, she, her, hers, it, they, them, their.
He saw the dragon crash to the ground somewhere in the forest so he took his dagger and went to look for it.

And so Pete decided to go home instead,
