four stages

​in a life cycle like

​FROG !!!

​First Stage: Eggs

​No, Not these eggs.....

These 

are frog

EGGS.

​

They are coated

in a 

protective

jelly-like goo.

Why are frog eggs coated in a protective jelly-like goo?

​This allows frog eggs to remain

moist and keeps

them alive.

Second Stage: Tadpole

​1: Tadpoles hatch from eggs.

2: It looks like a fish.

3: It breathes using gills.

4: At this stage, the tadpole begins to develop the lungs, so that it can also breathe out of water when it becomes a frog.

5: It takes about 21 days for tadpoles to form.

​Third Stage: Froglet

​1: The lungs and two front legs grow.

​

2: Its long tail becomes shorter and shorter.

​

3:Due to the lungs, the froglet also floats above the water to breathe air.

​

4: In this stage of the life cycle, a froglet does not require anything else to eat because it uses the nutrients stored in its tail as food.

​

 5: Now it looks like a young frog.

​

Fourth Stage: Adult Frog

​1: The fourth & Final Stage.

​

2: Now it is perfectly fit to leave the water and live on the land.

​

3: The frog’s tail disappears completely and also start eating insects.

​

The mother frogs return to the water to lay eggs, and the life cycle of a frog begins again.
