Singular - plural

A singular subject needs a singular verb, a plural subject needs a plural subject.

Examples:

• One of the members does not agree with the proposal.

• She asks for help in her Maths homework.

• Neither Tom nor his friends play basketball.

• Here are the papers you gave me.
