At the end of the day, Clauses mainly mean the core part of a sentence. Typically, the subject noun and a conjugated verb.

Simple way to link clauses. At the end of a sentence use the most appropriate end punctuation( ... , !!!, ???,)

The biggest thing to remember is that, this doesn't connect the sentences and only separates them.

Subordination links an independent clause with a dependent clause through:

• comma +

• subordinating conjunction

Coordination uses a comma and a coordination conjunction to connect 2 independent clauses.

Subordination uses subordinating conjunctions to link an independent and dependent clauses together. Some subordinating conjunctions can link clauses without a comma, but only if the dependent clause comes second
