To correct a fragment...
Add the part of the sentence that it is missing
If it is missing a subject, add a subject. Example: Went to the store- My mom went to the store.
If it is missing a predicate, add a predicate. Example: The big, blue monster- The big blue monster growled at the child.
If it is missing both the subject and the predicate, add both. Example: small and pink- The flower on the table was small and pink.
