When we write fraction in words, we need to pay attention to this:
Numerator uses cardinal number, such as: one, two, three, four, five, and so on.
Denominator uses ordinal number, such as: third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, and so on.
