​Legends say only the bravest knights were chosen for a seat at the Round Table.

​Arthur is said to have intentionally chosen a round table because it would ensure that each knight was considered equal to those knights around him since there was no “head” of the table.

CAMELOT

​Many historians have searched for the legendary Camelot. Most believe that Camelot was never a real city, but there are many places all over the United Kingdom that have been linked to the legend of King Arthur.

​In more recent times, evidence has led some to believe that Camelot was actually Cadbury Castle, a hilltop fortress in Somerset, England. A slab of rock dating back to the sixth century with a name similar to Arthur carved in it was found.
