  • Keywords such as : add, altogether, all, more, usually wants you to ADD (+) the numbers together.

  • Keywords such as: how many left?, take away, give away, give out, usually wants you to SUBTRACT (-) the numbers, with BIGGER NUMBER - SMALLER NUMBER.
