What Are Our Goals?

  • To learn more about comets, asteroids, and meteoroids

  • To have fun while learning

  • To help you get an A+ on your homework

This is a comet, a ball of ice and dust orbiting the sun just like our planets do. They take thousands to millions of years to make one full orbit around the sun. If you look into a strong telescope you may even see one!

This is an asteroid, a rock from the asteroid belt. Asteroids lay between Mars and Jupiter, they can be easily spotted with a telescope.

Thanks For Coming!

I hope that this lesson was helpful because it was explained by a fellow student who just wants to help out in science. I hope that this lesson was also a benefit in your learning experience and that I was like a tutor who was 100% clear on what this lesson was about. Thank you so much for joining my class for students just like me and be sure to come back soon!
