The five senses are the five main tools that humans to perceive the world. Those senses are sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch.

Here are the five senses:

Sense of Sight ( Eyes )
Obviously allows us to see. Using our eyes, we can judge depth, interpret information and identify color and many more things around us.Your eyes are your windows to the world. They let you see the things around you.

Sense of Smell ( Nose )
It is used to smell scents. They get a sense for what particles are travelling through the air. It has the strongest connection to memory which reminds us of things long forgotten.

Sense of Hearing ( Ear )
You hear different sounds every. You hear sounds of people talking, music, birds chirping or dogs barking. You hear music over the radio. What sense organs do you use to hear the different sound around you?

Sense of Taste ( Tongue )
Use to taste foods, allowing us to figure it out if something is going to be useful to our bodies or poisonous. Allows us to sense hot and cold in food and liquid.

Sense of Touch ( )
Our skin acts as the protective barrier between our internal body systems and the outside world. It gives our brains a wealth of information about the natural environment, including temperature, humidity, and air pressure.

How should we take care of the sense organs?
We should look after and take proper care of our sense organs. We must keep our sense organs clean and protect them from damage.

Taking care
of the
Eyes

1.) Eyes are the most delicate organs. We should be careful to protect the eyes from injury.
2.) We should wash our eyes daily with fresh, clean water.
3.) We should not rub or touch the eyes with dirty fingers or a dirty handkerchief.
4.) Always study or read in proper light.

Taking care
of the
Nose

1.) When you wash your face every morning blow your nose to clean it.
2.) Always use a clean tissue paper or a handkerchief to clean your nose.

Taking care
of the
Ears

1.) We should not clean the ears with any sharp or pointed object. This could damage the eardrum.
2.) We should cover our ears if there is a very loud sound.

of the
Tongue

We should clean our tongue every morning when we brush our teeth.

Taking care
of the
Hand ( Skin )

Clean every part of your body while taking a bath.
1.) Dry your body with a clean towel before you wear fresh clean clothes.
2.) Change undergarments daily.
Note:
Care of the body is care of the skin.
