Nutrients
Each dish is usually made up of one or more ingrediants which we get from plants or animals.These ingrediants contain some components that are essential for our body. These components are called nutrients. The major nutrients present in our food are named- crabohydrates,proteins,fats,vitamins & minerals.
In addition, our food also contains dietary fibres and water which are also needed by our body

TESTS IN COMPONENTS OF FOOD??
Yes, with some simple tests we can test whether cooked food or a raw ingredient contains one or more of nutrients or not.
