Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?
Summer, is runn'ng through the sprinklers in a t-shirt, shoes, and jeans
Roll'ng down a grassy hill, Yes, that's what summer means
To moi, 't's true
There's so much more to do
The days art longer, the nights art shorter
The sun 'twas shining, 'twas noticeably warmer
Summer, every single moment 'twas worth its weight in gold
Summer 'twas like the world's best story
And 'twas waiting to be told
'twas ice cream cones and cherry soda dripp'ng down thou chin
'twas summer, man, where do we beg'n?

And summer’s lease hath all too short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,

But thy eternal summer shall not fade,
Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow’st,
Nor shall death brag thou wand’rest in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou grow’st,
So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.

Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow,
Creeps in this petty pace from day to day,
To the last syllable of recorded time;
And all our yesterdays have lighted fools
The way to dusty death. Out, out, brief candle!
Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player,
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage,
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.

Shakespeare is said to have added over 2000 words and phrases to the English language. Some are still in use today like fashionable, cold-blooded, new-fangled, scuffle and swagger. However, some words common in Shakespeare's day are no longer in common use; for example, thou is an old-fashioned form of you and art is an older form of are - How art thou today?
