The objective is to find the fraction and then multiplying every term in the entire equation the variable

Example 1

-Distribute 2/3 through the parenthesis

-multiply both sides by 3

move this variable to the left-hand side then change the sign and calculate the difference

-divide both sides of the equation by -8

We did it!

Then you're left with x= 27/8

Example 2

• Get rid of the parenthesis and distribute 4/3

• multiply both sides by 3

• move the variable to the left then change the sign

• subtract the numbers

• divide both sides by -4

We did it!

Input x=-3/4 and you're good to go

Example 3

-Distribute 1/2 through the parenthesis

-Multiply both sides of the equation by 2

-Move over the variable to the left and change the sign

-Calculate the difference, and divide both sides of the equation by -7

You did it!
