How to subtract decimals

TO SUBTRACT A DECIMAL

• First line up decimals so the biggest number is on top

• Next subtract numbers from right to left. (Remember to carry if you have to)

• Bring down the decimal point​

Tip: Add zeros as place holders if the size of the decimal is bigger.
