The theme is the lesson or moral of a story and a novel. Central Idea

What is a Central Idea? And how do you identify it?

The Central idea also known as the main idea in a brief summary of what the entire story is about. It is easy to find the main idea. The main idea can be found at the beginning of the first paragraph.
