Nervous System

The body system responsible for sending messages and signals throughout the body.

Parts of the Nervous System

Your nervous system is made up of your brain, spinal cord, and nerves.

Nervous System Functions

Your brain is the processing and control unit for your body. It is responsible for sending and receiving signals in the body, interpreting information about the environment around you, and responding to information as it comes.

Your nervous system is split into 2 major parts

• Peripheral Nervous System
