Analyzing Data

As we saw when combining our data, it doesn't always come to us neat and tidy ready to be combined without any work needing to be done with it.

In this activity, you will be taking a merged set of data and cleaning it so it is in the correct format. Often times when the data sets are 1000's of entries, developers will write programs to clean it up. However, for smaller sets it's more efficient to just go through and edit them by hand.

~Check spelling errors
~Remove blank entries
~Remove duplicates
~Numbers formatted correctly
