Types of Sectors

🔹It’s the larger “slice” of the circle.
🔹 Contains a longer arc.
🔹 Complements the minor sector (i.e., total circle minus the minor sector).

​Major Sector

🔹 It’s the smaller “slice” of the circle.
🔹 Contains a shorter arc.

Minor Sector

Difference: Minor & Major Sector

• A minor sector is like a regular pizza slice.

• A major sector is like eating the whole pizza minus that one slice.
