Correction Policy: corrections can be made on some assignments (daily work, labs, quizzes, etc.), at the teacher's discretion, throughout the unit. All corrections need to be turned in before the unit exam. Corrections cannot be made on exams, but there are retake options.
Test Retakes: The student must complete all of their missing work for the unit before the retake, and they may have to show evidence of learning. Students may earn up to 70%, and retakes must be taken within 2 weeks of the assessment, if the student received less than 70%. Students may not complete a retake if they scored greater than 70%. Each semester's final exam is cumulative, and it isn’t eligible for a retake.
Missing & Late work: Incomplete assignments will be marked as missing and no points will be awarded until the assignment is entirely finished. Late work is accepted with up to a 20% reduction before the unit test. Once a unit is complete, I will no longer accept work from that unit.
