Students will review the following prescriptions/orders and determine if they are valid. If invalid, identify what is missing or incorrect.
Instructions for Students:
Below are several fictional prescriptions/orders written for characters from the show Bluey. Some are valid, while others are invalid due to missing information, incorrect parts, or an unauthorized prescriber.
For each example:
Decide if the prescription/order is valid or invalid.
If invalid, clearly identify what is wrong (e.g., missing signature, prescriber not authorized, missing patient DOB, missing directions, etc.).
