System organs, tissue & cells depend on each other to function properly. Becoming dehydreated cause cells to loose water causing tussue shrinkage, brain tissue fluid decreases, blood becomes thicker, and the body builds up waste & acids causing headaches, muscle cramps, dizziness, rapid breathig & confusion.
