Struktur Teks Deskriptif
Biasanya terdiri atas dua bagian, yaitu:
• Identification, berisi pengenalan objek yang akan dideskripsikan, seperti nama, jenis, atau latar belakang.
• Description, berisi uraian mengenai bentuk fisik, warna, ukuran, karakteristik unik, fungsi, serta kondisi objek." 

Teks deskriptif menggambarkan suatu objek, tempat, binatang, orang, atau peristiwa secara rinci sehingga pembaca seolah olah dapat melihat atau merasakan hal yang dideskripsikan.

Fitur Kebahasaan Teks Deskriptif
• Simple Present Tense
Digunakan untuk menyatakan fakta atau gambaran umum. Contoh: Lake Kerinci is located in Jambi Province, surrounded by lush green hills and towering mountains that reflect their image in its crystal-clear waters.

• Adjectives
