​Timmy’s Big Adventure

​Timmy is a happy boy. He is 7 years old. One sunny Monday in April, Timmy wakes up and says: “Today I want to see the world!” He opens his eyes, moves his arms, and gets out of bed.

​Timmy goes to the kitchen. His mom, who is a teacher, gives him 1 apple. “Have a good day, Timmy!” she says. Timmy starts his walk. First, Timmy sees his dad. His dad is a doctor. Dad gives Timmy 2 bananas for the trip. “Be careful!” Dad says.

​Timmy keeps walking. He meets his sister in the park. She waves her hands and says, “Hi, Timmy!” They eat 3 cookies together and laugh. Then, Timmy walks to Grandma’s house. Grandma is a cook. She is making food. “Hello, Timmy!” she says and gives him 4 sandwiches.

​Next, Timmy visits Grandpa. Grandpa is a farmer. He shows Timmy 5 oranges from his big tree. Timmy puts the oranges in his bag. At the end of the day, Timmy walks home with tired legs and happy feet. His brother waits for him, and they drink milk together.
