Caring for Our Environment The Earth is our home, and it is our duty to save it from harm. Every action we take can make a difference in protecting nature. When we throw away trash in the right place, we help keep the air and water safe for all living things. Climate change is one of the biggest problems our planet faces today. As the world’s temperature rises, the shape of our lands and seas begins to change. Ice at the poles starts to melt, and animals lose their natural space to live. We must use clean energy and reduce waste to protect our environment. If we make wise choices and care for nature every day, we can save our planet and give the next generation a cleaner and greener place to call home.

The Value of Exercise for Students
Regular exercise helps students stay physically fit and mentally alert. When students are active, their bodies become stronger, and their minds work more efficiently. Exercise also improves mood and reduces stress, which can help students perform better in school. Experts recommend at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day, such as walking, running, or playing sports. However, staying active doesn’t always mean going to the gym. Small habits like taking the stairs, stretching between classes, or walking with friends can make a big difference. Exercise also helps improve sleep quality and boosts energy levels throughout the day. Students who move more often usually feel happier and more confident. Teachers and parents can encourage students to include exercise in their daily routine. Schools can organize sports days or morning exercises to promote physical health. When young people learn to value fitness early, they build habits that support a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
