What is meant by carrying out maintenance?

A building is constantly subjected to persistent force and loadings that can cause deterioration and damage. Day-to-Day wear and tear can cause problems that need to be addressed. Failure to rectify these issues can become very costly and lead to more serious problems.

Types of Maintenance:
Planned Maintenance (Preventive)
Unplanned Maintenance (Responsive)

Servicing appliances, Testing circuits and systems. Planned timings to replace parts or appliances.
