Research on an Exoplanet

Today, you will choose one exoplanet from the exoplanet catalog and gather information using the NASA website.

Directions:

1. Complete the Before you Begin.

2. Use the Exoplanet Catalog to choose one exoplanet you would like to research.

3. In the catalog, click on your chosen exoplanet to open Eyes on Exoplanets. This is a simulation where you can find all the needed information!

When you open the link to the exoplanet catalog, scroll down. You can filter the catalog by planet type, discovery method, or the mission/facility that discovered it. You don't have to choose the first planet in the catalog!
