  • Use your planning time wisely

  • Think: What is my main idea? What details can I add?

  • Does this makes sense?

  • Write and practice before you record!!!!

  • Speak in complete sentences

  • Give details and examples

  • Use words like:

    • because, for example, first, next, however, both, different

  • If you make a mistake, keep going

⏱️ How Long Should You Speak?

  • Try to speak 30–45 seconds

  • Longer answers (with details) = higher score

Listen to the question.
Pause it before it gets to the end.
Move the listening bar back and listen again.
Check that you wrote the correct question.
Write your answer.
Practice reading your answer 2-3 times.
When you are ready... hit record one time!!!
