- To give information about an event/incident.

Language:
- Formal language (L) must be used with full form; contractions like (We're / They've / I'm ) are disallowed to use. Contractions = informal.
- Write sentences using passive verb forms.
For eg: People make payment through credit cards. (Payment is made through credit cards.)
- As usual, remember your linking words/cohesive devices/transitional signals/etc.
- Use simple, but appropriate language. (Remember that you are writing for the readers to UNDERSTAND, and this case -> the examiners.)
