What did the 15th amendment do?

• Northerners who went to the South carrying suitcases made of carpet who wanted to help blacks and/or make money on the Reconstruction of the South

• Southerners who went to the North to profit from Reconstruction

• White Southern Republicans who worked to enforce Reconstruction
