I cleaned the wall from when we had that Coca-cola incident!" What do you do?

• Yell back, "I hope you never come back!"

• Do the checkout immediately to verify the coke-splattered wall is, in fact, clean

When telling your residents about checkouts and what they need to do, they ask how far in advance they should sign up for a checkout on your door, to which you reply?

A resident asks you to do a checkout after their final in a few hours. How do you respond?

• Sure!
• Absolutely not!
• See if you’re available. If you are not, then work to find another RA to do it. If nobody is available then know you tried your best and inform the resident about doing an unverified. 
• Yell at them over text message for being irresponsible and inconsiderate.
