• It's like dejavu because you feel like you have had a thought before.

• It is a machine used to write what people speak into it. 
• It is a machine that corrects the way people speak

What is Winston's job?

• He rewrites history so that it aligns with every thing the Party says and always makes them look right. 
• He is a journalist who report the Party's news
• He is a writer who specializes in stories about people in the Party.
• He is a plumber. 

Who is Comrad Ogilvy?

• A character who was vaporized
• A character that Winston made up to replace/cover up a character who was an "unperson."
• The guy who Winston thought was also not happy with the way the Party governed their society.
• The guy who worked across the hall from Winston.
